Epiphany Moments
Epiphany Moments is not only a reward program we developed in appreciation of our clients, but it is also purely a charitable, grassroots effort to inspire as many people as possible. We believe that once somebody has experienced a Spa Treatment, it induces relaxation, creating closer connection within.
When you collect Epiphany Moments, you can earn complimentary treatments for yourself, as well as a friend, colleague or family member. Non-Members have the opportunity to collect Epiphany Moments during Special Events and Celebrations. There is no need to sign up; you become a client after your first visit and we will keep track of your Moments.

Treatments
Your Therapist will discuss any health concerns, new medications or recent surgeries with your during your consultation. Your excellent experience and comfort is our goal; communication is key. Please communicate with your Therapist how we may meet and exceed your expectations.
Should facial shaving be done before a Facial? Please shave the day before your treatment. This way, freshly shaved skin or nicks won't be irritated by any active treatments. Please avoid heat treatments including sunbeds, saunas, etc. before and after waxing.
Regretfully, late arrival will result in reduced treatment time. All treatment times listed includes consultation, preparation and treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Serving our clients is our passion; however, it's also our livelihood. We appreciate your understanding of our Cancellation Policy: We ask that cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of your scheduled treatment. In order to secure your appointment, we require a credit card number please.
Scheduling
Please notify us if you must cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your treatment time and 72 hours for packages to avoid being charged 50% of your service. For new clients a credit card is requested to reserve your appointment time please. Reminder calls are a courtesy but not a promise.
Please consult your own scheduling system when making an appointment to ensure your correct day and time. Promotions may be redeemed - one per visit.
Etiquette
We appreciate the silencing of your cell phone upon entering the Sanctuary to protect the relaxation benefits for you and our clients. We regret that we're not able to invite children 10 years and under into the Spa or any accompanying children of any age to your Treatment. Safety is our main concern, but also the comfort and experience of our guests. Young guests ages 11 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entirety of their Spa Treatment.
Refunds & Returns
We ask that defective products are returned within 7 days of purchasing with all seals in place for a spa credit. Please keep your products in a climate controlled environment. Please let us know if your not happy with any of your purchases. All treatments, spa promotions and gift certificates are non-refundable & non-transferable, thank you.
